an unforgettable and romantic vacation in the heart of the Eternal City
Wes M.: “Hotel Ponte Sisto is a wonderful hotel. Stayed there a couple of times.”
Among the 4-star hotels in the center of Rome, Hotel Ponte Sisto is the choice for those who want to experience an unforgettable and romantic vacation in the heart of the Eternal City.
Downtown Rome is home to the elegantly pre-cruise hotel just off Trastevere, convenient to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the ancient Via Giulia, one of the most captivating sites in the city.
The rooms are cozy and restful, able to keep the chaotic city or memories of a busy day at work at a distance to fill you with harmony and well-being within the bright marble furnishings and floral decorations. The friendly Hotel Ponte Sisto front desk staff takes care of all guest needs, booking excursions and guided tours, recommending clubs and restaurants to make your stay in Rome an unforgettable vacation.
A generous breakfast is served in the hotel’s dining room with fresh fruit, yogurt, tea, croissants, and typical continental breakfast dishes. The bar, with its cozy parlor, gives you the chance to socialize over drinks or coffee.
The rooms are a bit classic designed like most of the hotels in Rome. Not all rooms are spacious so you better check that upfront along with your wishes.
The welcoming hotel bar invites you to indulge in front of a good glass of Italian red wine or Prosecco, having a chat with the bartender or the hotel guests, eventually listening to piano bar music. Cherry wooden parquet flooring and furniture, as well as the classic décor, make the lounge bar a comfortable place to enjoy a coffee or to spend a relaxed evening in good company, without having to challenge the hustle and bustle of the city center of Rome.
There are many good restaurants nearby which you will love as this hotel does not have one.Wes M.: “Hotel Ponte Sisto is a wonderful hotel. Stayed there a couple of times.”

Italy - Rome
Barbara R.: “I stayed at the Aleph Hotel, a Hilton Curio collection property, on Via di San Basilio. It was about a 15-minute walk to the Borghese gardens, three minutes to Piazza Barberini (shops, restaurants, metro), and another 10 minutes or so to the area that includes the Pantheon, the Trevi fountain, and the like. Yet “far” enough not to be noisy or frantic (and down the block from the American Embassy).”
Tucked on a quiet side street just off the Via Veneto. The hotel is a 10-minute gentle uphill walk to Villa Borghese, Rome’s magnificent central park, and once the royal gardens of the noble Borghese family. It’s perfect for jogging or a mid-morning cappuccino al Verde in one of the kiosk bars, en route to the famed Villa Borghese Museum.
The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and other sites in the historic center are 15 minutes away on foot downhill. Piazza Barberini, one of the city’s main bus and metro stops, is steps away.
Housed in the historic palazzo that was Italy’s first Cassa di Risparmio central bank headquarters; solid opulence from the early Thirties is on full display. The lobby shimmers with the original green Cipollino marble, first imported from Greece to Rome in ancient times, and a spectacular backlit onyx panel that glimmers with cascading water, with onyx panels, reprised in the adjacent bar. A small, ventilated cognac bar with oversized leather armchairs where guests can smoke cigars is one of the few indoor smoking rooms in Rome.
Designed around the needs of the individual, every room and suite greets you with style, comfort, and connectivity, with everything you need for rest, and play at your fingertips.
Modern, convenient, and stylish, the Comfort rooms offer the latest equipment and ultimate comfort.
For a higher level of comfort indulge in the Deluxe & Prestige rooms with more space available up to 50 sq. m., WiFi, 55-inch HDTV, and pillow menu.
The ultimate level of luxury: discover the unique one of kind suites for a top-notch experience in the heart of Rome. With spaces up to 90 sq. m, private large balconies, and VIP amenities your getaway will turn into a dream.
All rooms provide WiFi, 55-inch HDTV, Complimentary minibar (one fill per stay), pillow menu, bathrobes, and slippers.
Celebrate cuisines from all corners of the world. Watch the chefs in action in the four interactive theatrical cooking stations, while the specialties of the day are served to your table. The perfect dining solution for selective connoisseurs or those who just want to try it all.
Taking its name from the intricate and immaculate panels found within, the Onyx bar is the perfect place to kick off your evening with an aperitif, or to simply enjoy a snack while having leisure time and an expertly created drink. Ask the bar masters for something special and prepare to be delighted and perhaps amazed by one of the signature Aleph cocktails. Frequent live piano sessions add an extra element of elegance to what is already a popular meeting spot for locals.
Or take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city by relaxing at our rooftop pool. Recline on the luxurious beds, enjoy a delicious cocktail and a selection of snacks and take in the characterful view of Roman rooftops, all in an environment of good music and good times. The shisha corner also offers a unique opportunity to experience a slice of the Middle East in the heart of Rome.

set in the heart of Rome
Stephen C.: “We really liked Hotel Vilon. Really nice location and on the smaller side and they arranged for transport from the cruise terminal to the hotel and then on to the airport. They also helped us get a reservation at Aroma – great food and view of the Coliseum and Vatican City at sunset.”
The Vilòn universe is set in the heart of Rome, in a former 16th-century building, hidden within its ancient, fully refurbished walls, comprising of 18 precious gems.
This historical residence, belonging to the powerful and princely Roman family of the Borghese family, dates back to the middle of the 16th century. Since the very beginning of the seventeenth century and for a long period it was called The house annexed to the Borghese Palace that the princes used to rent. Subsequently, in 1841 at the request of Princess Adelaide, the building was entrusted to the French nun’s Daughters of the Cross and they founded, the First School for Poor Girls. Princess Adelaide wished to create an institution for less fortunate girls, where they could receive an education that would equip them for a more positive future.
Vilòn’s rooms offer an inviting and bright ambiance ranging from intimate and cozy bedrooms to unique and original suites, of which many have private terraces with exclusive views of the Borghese Palace Gardens. This hotel provides a new perspective on luxury within the eternal city, with its history, beauty, and subtle yet stylish charm, ensuring that guests not only fall in love with the property but feel immediately right “at home.”
The rooms and suites are a careful and attentive restoration of the house annexed to Palazzo Borghese reinstate and recreates its ancient splendor, providing an atmosphere characterized by an Art Deco yet contemporary feeling, also given by the sophisticated choice of decor.
In honor of Princess Borghese, the name of the restaurant and bar lounge, familiarly called In Salotto. A tribute to the altruism and grace of Italian hospitality with the wish that the same energy will continue to live among the refined environments of the Vilòn.
Restaurant Adelaide offers a delicious menu of Mediterranean cuisine, changing according to the seasons, with classics of the Roman tradition presented with fresh modern twists.
In addition to the stylish and cozy dining room, the green outdoor patio dedicates itself to a relaxing bohemian space where, especially during the warmer seasons, it is the perfect space to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks “al fresco”. Buon Appetito!

Breakfast is included and it is within walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The Hotel also sets up transportation for up to 8 for one set price from the airport to the hotel and then from the Hotel to Civitavecchia.”

a unique experience in the heart of Rome
Saleen Odendaal N.: “The Code Hotel. Excellent Location.”
Staying at The Code Hotel is a unique experience in the heart of Rome, in fact, confirmed sources narrate that the area in which it currently stands the structure has been spectator over years of historical events; starting from 74 B.C. with the magnificence of the Horti Luculliani, passing through the innovative urban project of Pope Sisto V, that placed Via Sistina as the first direct connection between Pincio and Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, at the beginning of the 20th century the “Strada Felice” welcomed one of the first inns in the area of the current “The Code Hotel”.
Every detail and room of the hotel deserves to be discovered piece by piece giving new light to shapes and fragments that show the transformation of the building over time, becoming a code of interpretation of the city history over the centuries.
Rooms and suites elegantly reveal themselves between the corridors, inside a modern setting with an exquisitely antique flavor, the latter perfectly represented by the SPA which is inserted in the ancient nave of a church from the Early Christian period, as well as furnishing elements of the Middle Age.
The “Fuori Moda” Restaurant, where tradition becomes an innovation, proposes some selected historical dishes in a new way and with original interpretation, echoing the splendor of Rome during the years of Dolce Vita.
The structure runs through a territory that naturally evokes hospitality; combining art, history, and culture – this hotel stands as a trait d’union between a past of luxury & elegance and a present in which the hospitality is enhanced by high-quality services and the pleasure of discovery, by tracing the footsteps of the cultural glory that had had this portion of territory at the time of the Grand Tour.

For a more intimate and refined stay, we have created an even more exclusive place like the Splendide Boutique.
16 brand new suites are born in a new wing of the already existing historic building, a small hotel within the hotel that becomes a combination of history, modernity, and exclusivity.
The refined style aspires to enchant contemporary travelers, to create a unique atmosphere, in step with the times, following the new trends and styles of luxury that are not ostentation, but the pleasure of beauty and experience.
In addition to the custom-made furniture made by skilled local artisans, every detail expresses personality: welcoming lounges to live and enjoy the suites, decorative fireplaces to create a romantic atmosphere while tasting a good wine from your own private cellar, large bathrooms with Italian marble and corners sought after dedicated to women and their make-up.
The use of light colors is even more accentuated in these new suites, enhancing the light of Roman days. A boutique hotel that transmits maximum privacy with spaces and suites that can be made exclusive for trips with loved ones and friends or for a refined event with the utmost privacy for its guests.
